New Middle East International School is situated at Sulaimania, in the capital city- Riyadh. It sprawls over 3 large compounds equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities, superbly geared to prepare the student for the twenty-first century. We have an extensive range of facilities and resources for all students from Kindergarten to Grade XII to help them receive a well-rounded education in a child-friendly ambiance.
There are around 300 classrooms. To ensure a one-to-one interaction between teacher and the students, each classroom has about 20 students. Each classroom meets the international standards of teaching.
Libraries There are 6 libraries - two in each compound that maintain 48,501 titles in all. They are a haven of treasure for the students from Kindergarten to 12th as well as the staff. The collection consists of Encyclopedias, Reference books, Classics and Non-Fiction books, Biographies, Magazines, Journals etc. In order to whet students’ comprehensive skills, the students have access to CDs, Cassettes, Audio – books and Videos. There are 5 fully equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories. These are in accordance to the curriculum- a perfect setting for the budding scientists of tomorrow. Computer Laboratories There are 8 computer labs and 130 P4s in all. In each lab there are 12 or more computers. The lab is equipped with the latest multimedia technology. Activity Rooms There are 12 activity rooms in the school equipped with Television, Video-recorders and Stereo system. Each compound has 4 activity rooms that provide for the development of children’s creative talents. Here they learn songs, dance, drama, music etc. Art Rooms There are 8 art rooms. Here children learn paper-craft, handicraft, painting, drawing, tailoring, cookery, embroidery, etc. These activities not only enhances their creative and innovative skills, but also expose them to alternate vocational skills.
